Terms & Conditions

This is a bi-annual, promotional only, service offered through subscription with Midway Appliance Service Inc. The total retail value of these services is $800+tax. Therefore, the promotional rate will only be extended through a subscription monthly payment rate structure.

We will charge your payment method a periodic subscription fee on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription plus sales tax. If you want to use a different payment method than the one you signed up to use during registration, please call into our office at 336-764-3199.

Voluntary enrollment binds the enrollee to 6 months of the subscription level payment. Cancellation can happen at any time after 6 months of subscription.

In order for your first maintenance service to be scheduled, a subscribed payment of the first 3 months must be complete. The enrollee must then be prepared to schedule a 4 hour increment of time per bi-annual service visit.

No payments are subject to refund before the initial 6 month’s payments have been completed. Refunds after the initial 6 months are subject to payment date, and date of requested cancellation. 

Subscription level rates may be subject to change upon yearly subscription renewal dates. Subscribers will be notified of any changes within 30 days prior to the renewal date.

We may update/alter these terms from time to time and will date stamp revisions. Your use of the site or order of service after a revision will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. Therefore, you should check these terms occasionally.

Note that this is a voluntary subscription service requiring the customer to input their own personal billing information into a software link managed and hosted by Quickbooks/Intuit. Therefore, data liability is null towards Midway Appliance Service Inc.

Midway Appliance Service Inc. ensures complete care with the handling of sensitive information, however we do not store credit/debit information. All information regarding recurring payments is hosted by the software Quickbooks/Intuit.

All business logos, advertising, and subscription structures (which may be viewed as intellectual property) are proprietary to Midway Appliance Service Inc. To the extent if Midway Appliance Service Inc. does not provide express approval, you shall not use Midway Appliance Service Inc. assets for other commercial gain.
